LEE COUNTY, Fla. -- Congratulations are once again in order for Harriet the bald eagle from the Southwest Florida Eagle Cam!

The internet sensation laid her second egg of the nesting season. It happened on Black Friday at 6:13pm.

Her first egg of this season appeared last Tuesday.  However, according to the cam's Facebook page, nest watchers are concerned for the health of that first egg since it appears to have been buried deep into the nest.  Bit in an update posted Tuesday, the couple now appears to be incubating both eggs.

Last nesting season, Harriet and her mate, M-15, produced and successfully hatched a pair of eaglets named E-7 and E-8.

You can access the live eagle cams from their nest in North Fort Myers anytime on the Southwest Florida Eagle Cam website.
