LEE COUNTY, Fla. -- A boat fire off of the coast of Captiva is under investigation.
The boat burst into flames, and the U.S. Coast Guard and Florida Fish and Wildlife say the boat was fully engulfed when they arrived on scene Sunday.
A man, woman and dog did escape safely.
There's no word yet on what caused the fire.
