NORTH CAPTIVA, Fla. -- Several fire crews spent late Friday night battling a large fire on North Captiva Island.
Lee County Public safety said it happened around 11:30 P.M. on Sol Vista Drive. Bayshore Fire Rescue tells Fox 4 two large homes caught on fire before several SWFL fire crews came together by boat from the Pine Island Marina.
Crews worked throughout the nigh to contain the flames. The fires are now fully out.
Fox 4 is working to find out what sparked the fire and if anyone was injured.
