COLLIER COUNTY, Fla. -- An investigation is underway after a person was found dead in a pond at a Naples golf course.
It happened Friday morning in the Fiddler's Creek community off Collier Boulevard south of the Lely area.
First responders say it's possible that the victim, possibly a maintenance worker, suffered some sort of medical emergency and drove his golf cart into the pond.
A dive team eventually recovered him from the water.
