CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. – An unidentified man was found dead in a drainage ditch in Punta Gorda Thursday.
It happened just off U.S. 17 at Marlympia Way.
Deputies tell us the death does not appear suspicious but are waiting for the medical examiner to confirm the cause of death.
