Lee County Deputies are investigating a burglary at the Sievers home in Bonita Springs.
Deputies say within the past two weeks someone broke into the home of Mark Sievers and his late wife Teresa Sievers. The crime was just reported Friday.
Investigators have been seen going in and out of the home on Jarvis Road.
Mark Sievers is accused of hiring hit men to kill his wife for life insurance money. She was beat to death by a hammer inside the home.
Mark Sievers and Jimmy Rodgers are both charged with first degree murder and face the death penalty if convicted.
Curtis Wright is serving a 25 year sentence after pleading guilty to second degree murder.
