FORT MYERS, Fla. -- Police are investigating after a man's dead body was found in a carport at a Dunbar home on Monday.
It happened around 6:40 p.m. in the 3000 block of Dunbar Street.
According to Fort Myers Police, officers were called to the home, where an unknown man was found laying on a mattress. EMS pronounced the man dead at the scene.
Officers questioned the homeowner and checked the neighborhood for clues, and the death remains under investigation.
