LEE COUNTY, Fla. -- Investigators were on the scene of a death investigation Wednesday morning on Hancock Bridge Parkway, where a person was found dead in an apartment.

According to the Lee County Sheriff's Office, deputies responded to an incident in the 3400 block of Hancock Bridge Parkway, in the Parkway Condominiums, around 9:45 a.m.
Arriving deputies requested the assistance of the Major Crimes Unit and a death investigation was launched.
At one point a blue SUV was towed from the scene.
