LEE COUNTY — There are a lot of questions after nine different vehicles burnt to the ground at a Lee County business.
Extreme Painting and Contracting said it’s just glad none of its employees were hurt. The front gate at the business was closed to visitors all day on Monday, only opening to let in work vehicles or sheriff’s deputies.
Through the use of our Sky Fox drone, we were able to get aerial footage to see just how badly those vehicles were burned. In total, the company lost four semi trucks and five roll-off construction dumpster-haulers.
The San Carlos Park Fire Department also provided us with pictures of the fire Sunday night.
The Lee County Sheriff’s office is still investigating, so we’re still waiting to learn how this fire started.
