LEE COUNTY, Fla. -- Several fire crews responded to a home in San Carlos Park Friday morning when a house caught fire.
The fire was in the 17500 block of Fuchsia Road, and started around 8 a.m.

There are no reports of any injuries in the fire. One person and a dog were inside when the fire broke out, but they were able to escape and call 911.
The home is considered at total loss.
The Red Cross is assisting the residents.
The cause is still under investigation.
