PORT CHARLOTTE, Fla. -- The Charlotte County Sheriff's Office is investigating after a man was found floating in a Port Charlotte waterway Thursday night.
According to Charlotte County Fire & EMS, a man was found face down in the water near the 100 block of Dowling Avenue.
The discovery was made shortly after 1 p.m. Thursday.
