CAPE CORAL, Fla. -- Neighbors in Cape Coral say a dead body was found on the side of a canal Tuesday evening.
Emergency crews arrived at the intersection of Northeast 11th Terrace and Northeast 13th Avenue and blocked off the road sometime before 7:00 pm.
