FORT MYERS, Fla.-- Fort Myers police and fire units are investigating a car fire from early Thursday morning.
It happened on the drive-through of the McDonald's on Dani Drive. The Fox 4 breaking news tracker was on scene when fire fighters were putting out the fire.
According to police, 3 people were inside the car when it started smoking, but no one was injured.
The McDonald's restaurant was damaged in the fire. The business did not say how long it could remain closed.
