COLLIER COUNTY, Fla. --- Eastbound lanes of U.S. 41 are shut down due after a water line break opened a large hole in the road in East Naples.
The sinkhole was caused by a burst irrigation pipe early Sunday morning.
The Collier County Sheriff's Office confirmed via Twitter the road damage is impacting eastbound lanes in the area of Guilford Road.
One eastbound lane of U.S. 41 was reopened shortly after 6 a.m. Monday.
