CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla-- The Charlotte County Sheriff's Office is looking for 27-year-old Blake Guild. Guild is believed to be responsible for multiple home burglaries throughout the county. Investigators said most of the homes targeted are ones with seasonal residents who've already put hurricane shutters up.

"What has been happening in a lot of breaks is the door bell will be utilized. He will knock on the door and ring the door bell to see if anyone answers the door," said CCSO Community Affairs Supervisor Skip Conroy.

Investigators said they are able to tie Guild to the crimes thanks to home surveillance systems. Sheriff's deputies said Guild doesn't have a permanent address which is making it tough to find him, but they believe he is still in the area.

Blake Guild is described as a white male, 6 feet tall and 200 lbs. with short brown hair. He has numerous tattoos on his left arm and chest.

CCSO said Guild is believed to be armed and is considered dangerous. If you see Guild or know anything about the break-ins you are asked to call 911 or CCSO at 941-639-2101.
