CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. -- Deputies are investigating a threat made on social media towards Port Charlotte High School.
According to the Charlotte County Sheriff's Office, the threat began circulating online Tuesday night.
The threat urges students to not attend "PCH" because "I will shoot **** up".
The threat is still under investigation, and there will be an increased presence of law enforcement at the school Wednesday.
Earlier Tuesday at the same school, a student claimed to have a gun on him during a fight on campus. No gun was found,
