CAPE CORAL, Fla.- The Cape Coral Police Department is investigating a deadly shooting off Cultural Park Boulevard in Cape Coral. Covering one home in the 2900 block of SE 8th Place with crime scene tape.
Authorities have confirmed one person has died in the shooting and was found in the home deceased when police arrived, one person is in custody for questioning. Cape Coral Police also say there will be a heavy police presence in the area for the next several hours as they continue to move forward with their investigation. CCPD says the public is not in any danger because it is an isolated incident.
