COLLIER COUNTY, Fla. -- Investigators are revealing little information on the three deaths discovered in a car in the Everglades Thursday, but do say it may be connected to an investigation in Miami.

The Collier County Sheriff's Office says the bodies found in the car are of a man, woman, and female juvenile.

The bodies were found Thursday morning in a car parked along Tamiami Trail in Big Cypress National Preserve, a few miles west of the Collier/Miami-Dade county line.

However, deputies say they are not looking for suspects in the case.

"We believe our death investigation is related to a death investigation in Miami," they tell Fox 4.

Lt. Freddie Cruz with the Miami Police Department say they are investigating a forced entry at an apartment and the homicide of a woman in her 40's. "This incident could also be linked to a murder suicide in the Collier County area," he told WSVN.
