CAPE CORAL, Fla. — One person was injured Monday after a propane explosion at a home in Cape Coral, a fire department spokesperson said.
Crews responded to the explosion at 5665 Riverside Drive, where investigators say the blast happened at an outdoor kitchen.
The department confirmed one person was injured, though the extent of their injuries has not yet been released.
Firefighters secured the scene and are investigating what led to the propane explosion. No additional injuries were reported.
