Cape Coral Police were conducting death investigation at the Firestone off Skyline Boulevard and Veterans Memorial Parkway on Sunday.
Police told Fox 4 they were called around 1 pm to the Firestone Tire Shop. They say a workplace accident occurred involving a tire explosion in the garage killing one man.
Cape Coral police say this is an isolated event.
