CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. — Deputies investigated a stabbing in the 11000 block of Waterford Avenue in Englewood on Wednesday morning.
When they arrived they found a man with a stab wound to the neck. He was taken to the hospital for his injuries.
Investigators say it was a domestic dispute and it is an isolated incident.
According to the Charlotte County Sheriff's Office it is determined to be a mental health-related incident and the stabbing was accidental.
