NAPLES, Fla. — Collier County Sheriff's Office is investigating a shooting.
It happened on Eucalyptus Lane just before 10:00 p.m. on Thursday night.
Deputies responded and found one victim with a gunshot wound.
According to the police report the victim stated he had been shot in the neck and the suspect was running on the roof.
Responding deputies located suspect Dana Barrett Lettieri on top of his roof, located at Eucalyptus Lane, and ordered him to come down.
In the report, the suspect says he was putting up Christmas decorations when the victim entered the cul-de-sac and began shouting at him.
The Collier County Sheriff's Office says the victim was shot in the neck.
Lettieri is accused of shooting at him from his rooftop.
They say injuries do not appear to be life-threatening.
Investigators say the victim agreed to press charges against Lettieri he was arrested after a search warrant found a pellet rifle found directly behind the garage along with a pellet pistol found inside the home.
Deputies also discovered drugs inside a safe of the home.
He now faces the following charges:
- Aggravated Battery
- Trafficking Cocaine
- Trafficking Fentanyl
- Possession of Heroin
- Possession of Marijuana
This is an active investigation.
