ESTERO, Fla. — The Florida Everblades Figure Skating Club holds a holiday show on Sunday to help raise money for Sophie's Change for Change.
Sophie's Change for Change was founded by a young girl in the figure skating club. Sophie is collecting money to send to the orphanage she was adopted from in China to help pay for things like formula and diapers. Sophie was adopted in 2004 and brought to America. She now practices and performs with the club.
The Florida Everblades Skating Club's holiday show, "Holidays Around the World," will be on Sunday, December 2nd at 2 p.m. The Doors will open at 1:30 and parking is free. Tickets are $10. Anyone three and under gets in for free. You may bring cash to donate to Sophie's Change for Change and participate in 50/50 raffles and other fundraiser items.
