The $5 game, $500,000 Jackpot Multiplier, features 12 top prizes of $500,000 and over $49 million in total cash prizes.
Patricia Brown, 58 claimed the $500,000 price at the Florida Lottery Headquarters in Tallahassee.
The Ticket was purchased at a 7-Eleven located on 15999 North Cleveland Avenue in North Fort Myers.
