LEE COUNTY, Fla. -- Florida Lottery officials say a Cape Coral man has won the $500,000 top prize on a scratch-off game.
59-year-old Paul Labbe bought his $5 ticket in the "$500,000 Spectacular Scratch-Off" game at the Publix on Pine Island Road SW at Burnt Store Road.
The game offers six top prizes of $500,00, and overall odds of winning a prize are one-in-4.03.
