FORT MYERS, Fla — Two brothers got into a fight that turned deadly in the parking lot of Casa Blanca Modern Mexican Tequila Bar.

The Lee County Sheriff's Office says it arrested Steve Iglesia and charged him with second degree murder.

Investigators say Iglesia was eating at Casa Blanca restaurant in Fort Myers with family and friends on Wednesday. They say he got into an argument with a family member, that continued outside after they finished eating.
Investigators say the argument turned physical at that point, and Iglesia pulled out a gun a shot and killed the person.
Deputies say he was still at the scene when they arrived and he was quickly taken into custody.

A man was shot and killed at the Casa Blanca restaurant in Fort Myers on Wednesday night.
Lee County Deputies were on scene for several hours investigating the area around the restaurant, on Marketplace Rd.
The sheriff's office says one man is in custody.
