Images: Huge resort proposal in Charlotte County

Allegiant Travel has plants to build a waterfront resort in Charlotte County.  The company will partner with Sunseeker Resorts to build a 20-acre resort complex along the Peace River and Charlotte Harbor that should open in 2019.
