BONITA SPRINGS, Fla.–– A trio of doulas in Southwest Florida created a new group to help moms-to-be prepare for labor.
The Nurtured Mother Doula Group helps expecting mothers get ready emotionally and physically for pregnancy and childbirth.
They offer packages that include childbirth education, prenatal yoga, and childbirth photography.
The creators of the group are hosting a meet-and-greet at Joyful Yoga and Spa in Bonita Brings on Sept. 21.
Overall, the doulas want their clients to know they will help them every step of the way.
