Jennifer Lopez Tried To Prank Call Ellen DeGeneres And It Was Hilarious

J-Lo has been making the rounds on TV talk shows to promote her new movie, “Hustlers,” but instead of appearing on “The Ellen Show,” she called in.

Jennifer Lopez was playing along with a new segment on the show called “The Voice On the Phone.” When Ellen Degeneres picked up the phone, the caller on the other end was a female with a strange accent. But she gave herself away quickly when Degeneres asked the caller to tell her a joke, and she recognized the star’s laugh.

Watch the YouTube video of the prank call:

J-Lo really didn’t last long playing the game, but the two went on to talk about how much Degeneres liked “Hustlers” and mentioned that there is Oscar buzz around the movie.

The pair also discussed whether the singer will be performing at Super Bowl LIV in 2020, and Lopez said she didn’t know for sure. Degeneres tried to get her to admit she will be the halftime performer and called it “breaking news,” but the pop star said, “stop!”

We’ll have to wait and see!

If the former Fly Girl does get the gig, she will be performing in the enormous Hard Rock Stadium in Miami. The committee planning the Super Bowl expects more than 100,000 to be at the game.

More than 98 million people watched the game last year, and Maroon 5 performed in the halftime show.

We hope Jenny from the Block will be taking the stage at the Super Bowl! She is having a banner year. Not only did she have a major movie released — she also got engaged to retired pro-baseball player Alex Rodriguez, and she had a huge bash for her 50th birthday in July.

Rodriguez and Lopez have been appearing all over media lately, and they are so friendly to their fans.

Wonder if J-Lo has ever prank called her future hubby?!?
