The Lee County Sheriff's Office is investigating a stabbing overnight at a McDonald's, according to the office's Twitter.
Deputies said they were called about a medical incident, to the McDonald's on Homestead Road in Lehigh Acres. Deputies found one man with a non-life threatening puncture wound to the stomach area.
The office said there is no ongoing threat to the public.
The investigation is still active.
