FORT MYERS, Fla. -- Preserving the history and culture of the black community in Lee County, the Williams Academy Black History Museum continues to serve as a constant reminder of the rich history within the area.
Located at Clemente Park off of Henderson Avenue, this building was restored by the Lee County Black History Society and holds great trailblazers, sports icons, and political figures to be remembered within the community for years to come.
