Music Walk

Fort Myers, FL - The River District comes alive on the third Friday of the month as local and regional musicians line the streets. From jazz and blues to rock & roll, many genres can be heard and vary each month. Free to the public with many venues featuring additional attractions and specials.

2018 Caloosa Jeepers Go Topless Day

Fort Myers, FL - The Caloosa Jeepers of Southwest Florida will be hosting their 7th Annual Go Topless Day Presented by Galeana Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat and Lazy Springs Recreation Park. They will kick off the Go Topless weekend on Friday evening, May 18th, with a Show-n-Shine Caloosahatchee Jack's with proceeds to benefit SIX local charities. Saturday starts at Mission BBQ with registration and a breakfast buffet available for purchase. The fun continues on at 10:15 AM with a Jeep convoy through town to Lazy Springs Off Road Park where there will be a fun-filled afternoon of music, food, raffle prizes, and family-friendly off-road fun.

Vegan Food Rally at Millennial

Fort Myers, FL - Thousands of people have attended our vegan food rallies. We bring together the best of the best in vegan cuisine and desserts in SWFL and the restaurants and food trucks that attend never disappoint. Get ready for a vegan food experience you'll never forget. This time they are adding some brand new vegan food vendors. Add to that house made craft beers, ciders, and kombucha on tap. Wine and organic vodka based cocktails are also on the menu; giveaways and more!

Columbus Replica Ships The Niña and The Pinta

Fort Myers, FL -The Columbus Replica Ships are still docked at Pinchers Restaurant until their departure early Monday morning, May 21st. The ‘Niña’ was built completely by hand and without the use of power tools. Archeology magazine called the ship “the most historically correct Columbus replica ever built.” In 2005, the ‘Pinta’, also a caravel, was launched in Brazil and was the first ship to sight land in the New World. Both ships tour together as a new and enhanced ‘sailing museum’. While in port, the general public is invited to visit the ships for a walk-aboard, self-guided tour. No reservations necessary. $5.00 per person

Naples Kids Day America/International

Naples, FL - On Saturday, May 19th, 2018, communities worldwide will be participating in the 23rd annual “Kids Day America/International™! It is a momentous day dedicated to health, safety, and environmental issues that affect individuals and our community as a whole. In fact, there will be hundreds of communities participating in this historic event internationally in which 5 million children have benefited in 2,000 cities. There will be free health and spinal screenings, drug awareness information, fire safety, environmental safety, etc. Admission to the event is free to the entire community, and there will be, balloons, food trucks, and fun for the whole family. All proceeds will benefit CCCR Collier Child Care Resources, Naples.
