Chef Nabil opened up Moura in Naples over a year ago as a tribute to his mother. He says it offers the only Lebanese food in southwest Florida. All the food served at the restaurant is organic and sourced locally.
He says about his mother, “She was the lady who was known in her hometown as the lady who feeds everyone, and after a while I decided to open this restaurant to honor her.”
For First Bite, Moura will feature a tabbouleh salad, consisting of parsley, tomato, onion and Lebanese spices. The side dish is so popular, he says the restaurant sometimes has to make it twice everyday. They will also offer samples of vegetarian grape leaves, hummus and the traditional dessert, baklawa.
