LEE COUNTY, Fla. -- Friday is National Student Athlete Day and Fox 4 is celebrating with Estero High School's track team.
The day is generally recognized April 6 nationwide, and recognizes the accomplishments of student-athletes who excel in the classroom, on the playing fields and who give back to their community through service projects.
4 in Your Corner's Kathryn Marsh spoke with several athletes at Estero High about what it means to participate in athletics while in school.
