Eleven chefs from Naples Originals restaurants teach participants different cooking techniques and styles during the 4th annual Foodie Camp, from October 15th to 25th.
Each foodie camp class includes a chef demo, 2-3 course tasting, glass of wine, folder with information, recipes and raffle prizes.
Proceeds made from this event will benefit the homeless feeding programs at St. Matthews House and Naples Originals scholarships at Florida Gulf Coast University's hospitality school.
Chef Alexander Bernard kicks the camp off on Monday at 11:30 a.m. He teaches 4 In Your Corner different vegan styles of cooking.
