MARCO ISLAND, Fla — The Collier County Department of Health has a warning about several county beaches.
The DOH says water quality tests at Residents Beach, Tiger Tail Beach, and South Marco Beach did not meet recreational criteria for Enterococcus bacteria.
They suggest people avoid swimming at these beaches for the time being, because of an increased risk of illness.
