MARCO ISLAND, Fla. — The current City of Marco Island Vice Chairman, Erik Brechnitz, 86, was arrested on Friday for a DUI.
According to arrest records, he was arrested by Marco Island Police and is no longer in custody.
Fox 4 has reached out to the City of Marco Island to find out if this will have any effect on his current elected position.
