The Collier County Sheriff's Office says they've arrested 25-year-old Widnes Moricette of Naples and charged him with second-degree murder in connection to a deadly shooting in a Naples parking lot on Sunday.
Deputies say according to an arrest report, a dispute started between Moricette and the 26-year-old victim inside of the Burlington store located at 12725 Tamiami Trail East on Sunday morning.
The disagreement took a violent turn, as detectives say store security showed Moricette shoot the victim in the store's parking lot.
He was found in the parking lot, identified, and taken into custody.

Collier County Sheriff's Office says a suspect is in custody following a shooting that left one person dead Sunday morning.
The incident happened in the 1200 block of Tamiami Trail East shortly before 10 a.m.
The only store taped off is Burlington.
Detectives said the individuals involved in the incident knew one another and there is no threat to the community.
