LEE COUNTY - We're hearing from the woman who says a Florida International University professor drugged and raped her at his South Fort Myers home.

Police telling us that assault was all caught on camera. Now the alleged victim says she wants justice. Ralston was arrested in Broward County and will soon be extradited back to Lee County. Meanwhile, the victim is giving us graphic new details and we should warn you some viewers may find them disturbing.

69 year old David Allen Ralston was a respected professor and is known by his neighbors as a 'nice man'. That's why the accusations against him blew them away. His next door neighbor tells us, "I didn't believe it, I thought it had to be a misunderstanding, a setup or false accusation, something of that nature."

But the victim says it's all true.

To protect her identity we'll call her "Tammy". Tammy is 43 years old and cleans vacation homes. She advertises her services on Craigslist. Tammy tells Four in your Corner that's how Ralston found her and, on April 29th she arrived at his home off McGregor Boulevard. Tammy says Ralston gave her a strong drink of vodka but 30 minutes later she realized it was laced with drugs and she passed out.

According to the report, she "remembers hearing and feeling something vibrating inside of her." She tells us at one point she awoke to find the professor's genitals in her mouth. Reports show for the next 11 hours Tammy was barely conscious and everything was a blur.

The next day, more than 24 hours later, Tammy says she frantically phoned her husband, telling him she was outside in Ralston's yard, naked and afraid. Her husband told her to run away as fast as she could and he then called 9-1-1.

According to reports, by the time he "arrived to pick his wife up he found her passed out in the driveway." The husband then rushed Tammy to their Cape Coral home. Investigators say security cameras on Ralston's back patio captured the rape.

Neighbors now worry that something like this could hit so close to home. One tells us, "I’m shocked and surprised and just couldn't believe it." Tammy tells us she had a rape kit done and a toxicology screen to find out what she was drugged with. She says they're still being tested at Florida Department of Law Enforcement’s crime lab in Fort Myers.
