LEHIGH ACRES, Fla.- A Lehigh Acres Middle School student said the man seen in a fight caught on camera throwing garbage cans at kids is the family member of a student.
Parents were concerned after seeing the video, wanting to know who the man was and why he was on campus.
As we previously reported, the video shows two teens fighting, and a man throwing a garbage can at a teen.
A few seconds later, the adult man is seen throwing another trash can over his head at another kid.
A student at Lehigh Acres Middle School sent us a video of the moments leading up to the fight.
It shows two students arguing with another student. The two students appear to be the kids the man threw the garbage cans at.
The student who sent the video said the argument was over one of the student's sister, and the man who threw the trash cans is the siblings' family member.
The Lee County Sheriff's Office incident report has most of the details blacked out, like why the fight started, but does include a girl telling investigators her brother "wanted to fight" after finding something out.
A School District Spokeswoman is checking to see if the man throwing the garbage cans is allowed back on campus.
The Lee County Sheriff's Office said no arrests have been made at this time.
