CAPE CORAL, Fla. -- Two separate vehicle crashes in Cape Coral are forcing drivers to find alternate routes.
A serious accident is under investigation on Santa Barbara Boulevard North. The northbound lanes will be shut down for several hours near the intersection with Tropicana Parkway.
Another crash is reported on Burnt Store Road. A crash at the intersection with Embers Parkway is expected to keep the northbound lane closed for about an hour.
Drivers are urged to avoid these areas if possible.
