Lee County

The testing site at CenturyLink is operated by the Florida Division of Emergency Management. The Division has informed Lee County it intends to close the site at the end of the day on Sunday, May 23. For additional questions, please contact the Florida DEM at (850) 921-0217.

Florida Department of Health Walk-Up Testing Sites

Cost: Free

Hours: Testing is scheduled beginning at 9 a.m. and will continue, weather-permitting, until 12:30 p.m. Staff will have 300 tests available at each site for anyone 4 years of age or older.

Lee Health will cease operation of its COVID-19 collection site located at the Chester St. Resource Center, 4816 Chester St., in Cape Coral at 1 p.m. on January 15. Due to the new testing site that the City of Cape Coral recently opened in partnership with Curative, Lee Health will be consolidating efforts to its Page Field mobile collection site in Fort Myers.

The site, located at 4771 S. Cleveland Ave. in Fort Myers will expand operations and will be open on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday from 7:30 a.m. to Noon for COVID-19 testing.

Patients must make an appointment and have a physician’s order to be tested at the Page Field location.

Collier County

The Florida Department of Health in Collier County (DOH-Collier) will offer appointment only COVID-19 testing on Wednesday, May 26.. Please call (239) 252-6220

• Lightning, heavy rain, or gusty winds can slow operations or shut down the site.

The DOH-Collier call center is available Monday-Sunday from 9 a,m, to 5 p.m.

Hendry/Glades County

DeSoto County
Testing is now being offered four days a week at the Turner Center. DeSoto County has teamed up with Curative to offer swab testing on a more regular basis. Testing is available Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., at the Turner Center (2250 NE Road Street) in Arcadia. Reservations are available but not required. To make a reservation, visit www.curative.com. When selecting the location online, be sure to select "DeSoto County Kiosk". Tests are free and all are welcome.

DeSoto County also has access to a mobile testing unit. To offer testing at your organization, please reach out to the Emergency Management Department for more details at 863-993-4831.
