The park says all active annual passes will be extended for the number of days the parks are closed, and that the new expiration date will be reflected on the passholder's account prior to the reopening of the parks.
Annual passholders who have paid in full may also choose to receive a partial refund for the theme park closure period instead. Information will be provided soon on how to choose that option.

If you're an annual passholder on a monthly payment plan, all upcoming monthly payments while theme parks are closed will be stopped while the parks are closed. Additionally, Disney is retroactively refunding payments made between March 14 and April 4.
Payments will resume once the park reopens. For these monthly plans, pass expiration dates will not be extended and passes will expire upon their originally scheduled expiration dates.
However, people on the monthly plan also have the option of having their monthly payments postponed starting with payments due April 5 through the park closure period, then resumed on the passholder's regularly scheduled payment date once the park reopens. Payments postponed will be collected following the end of the currently scheduled payment term, and the pass will be extended the number of days the parks are closed.
