LEE COUNTY, Fla. — Gov. Ron DeSantis and Florida Surgeon General Scott Rivkees want all Floridians to take an anonymous survey to fight COVID-19 in our state.
You will be asked to answer questions about where you live, your age, recent travel, and potential COVID-19 contact. The StrongerThanC-19 community action survey will gather information to help the Department of Health track and slow the spread of COVID-19 in Florida.
