Couple sought after using stolen cards at store

LEE COUNTY, Fla. -- The Fort Myers Police Department is looking for assistance in identifying two suspects who they say used credit cards obtained during a vehicle burglary to purchase various items at local businesses.

Police say that on Sunday, an unlocked vehicle in Fort Myers was entered during the overnight hours.  Cards stolen in that case were used by the couple seen in the surveillance images seen here at two Walmart stores in Cape Coral.

The white male suspect is described as being in is late 40’s to early 50’s, 5’09” tall with gray hair. He was wearing a plaid shirt and black cargo style pants. The white female suspect is described as being in her mid to late 40’s, 5’06” tall with long brown hair. She was wearing a pink hooded sweatshirt and blue athletic pants.

The suspects were seen traveling in a white SUV, possibly a Mitsubishi.

Anyone with information that leads to an arrest and conviction of the theft suspects could be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000.
