CAPE CORAL, Fla. - A crash on Del Prado Boulevard Tuesday morning is causing traffic delays while investigators are looking into a death at the scene.
The crash happened in the 4700 block of Del Prado at approximately 10 a.m. That's just north of the intersection with Cape Coral Parkway.
Police have not confirmed any details, but multiple witnesses at the scene tell Fox 4 that a vehicle hit a pedestrian. The driver then checked on the victim before reportedly shooting himself.
Drivers are asked to avoid the intersection through 1 p.m.
