LEE COUNTY, Fla. -- An autopsy report just released reveals new details about the death a Lee County deputy earlier this year.

The Lee County Medical Examiner now says deputy Willard Truckenmiller's death back in May was accidental. He reportedly died of a brain injury caused by a deadly mix of alcohol and ketamine.

First responders reportedly gave him the medical drug after he entered cardiac arrest.

Truckenmiller suffered a medical episode during a night at Shores Bar & Grill in Fort Myers.  According to a previous report, he had been acting disorderly at the bar before his episode.
