Authorities have just released surveillance footage of a man who robbed a East Fort Myers store last week hoping to lead to an arrest. The video shows the man paying for his meal at the Subway on Palm Beach Boulevard.
In the video, the man wearing a black shirt and black hat pulls out a hand gun as the register opens.
The employee shakes as the robber aggressively reaches over the counter and empties the register.
Authorities describe the robber as a white man in his early 20's, with a thin build, and a clean shaven face.
Anyone with information on the identity and whereabouts of the suspect is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-780-TIPS (8477).
