LEHIGH ACRES, Fla. - A brother and sister have been arrested after they broke into El Tarasco Mexican Restaurant in Lehigh Acres Saturday night.

Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested 50-year-old Hector Joseph Crespo and 41-year-old Laura Lynn Crespo in connection with the crime that began just after 2am.

Paco Solis, the owner of the restaurant was working late that night and saw someone breaking in on his surveillance camera.  "I had a firefly flying around and somebody was on my gate trying to break in. So I started calling 911," Solis said.

According to police, the two siblings were seen trying to get away with 31 different brands of bottled beer and an Onkyo stereo.  "They got to the parking lot with the stereo and that's when the canine officer showed up," Solis said.

In the parking lot, police found the mother of the two siblings, Rosemarie Crespo waiting in a car.

The two siblings were arrested. The mother was not.

Solis said if he wasn't there at the time and police hadn't responded as quickly, the burglary would have cost him almost $600.
