Fort Myers electronics thief sought

FORT MYERS, Fla. -- Police are looking for assistance in identifying a theft suspect who they say stole several thousand dollars in electronics on two separate occasions from a Target store.

The incidents took place at the store in The Forum, located at 9350 Dynasty Drive in Fort Myers.

According to Fort Myers Police, in each instance the suspect took shopping bags from the register area and proceeded to the electronics department. After filling the shopping bags with merchandise the suspect leaves the store passing all points of sale without paying.

On November 23rd at 9:49 p.m., the black male suspect seen here was wearing a black button down short sleeved shirt with black shorts and black and red slides. The suspect is seen carrying several Target bags in his left hand full of stolen merchandise. The suspect is further described as 25-30 years of age, approximately 6’00” tall with a thin build. The suspect has short hair and a manicured beard.

On December 3rd at 10:48 p.m., this same suspect seen here was wearing a white V-neck t-shirt, red athletic shorts with black socks and dark slides. The suspect wore a black skullcap. The suspect is seen leaving the store with Target bags filled with stolen merchandise in a shopping cart.

Tipsters can remain anonymous. Anyone with information that leads to an arrest and conviction of the theft suspect could be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000.
